Malden Records 18 Property Transfers as Top Sale Reaches $1.25 Million
Malden recorded 18 property transfers from Aug. 28 to Sept. 26, with prices ranging from $125,658 to $1,250,000 among the 12 sales that included price data so far and a median of $567,500. The period's top sale was 241 Lebanon St, which sold for $1,250,000 on Aug. 31, followed closely by 104 Granville Ave at $1,150,000. Lebanon Street and Myrtle Street each saw two sales with wide price gaps between them. Six deeds, several involving family trusts, had no price on file yet, which is typical for newly recorded transactions. The data shows no unusual concentration of high or low sales, pointing to a steady rather than notably brisk or slow period.
