The period's top sale was 52 Sharon St. at $1,640,000, bought by Sharon Street LLC from Eliot Community Human Services Inc. Seven deeds, including several within-family trust transfers, have no recorded price yet. LLCs appeared as buyer or seller in seven transactions across a range of price points. Based on the raw sales count, the period reflects a moderate, steady pace of recorded turnover rather than any pronounced shift.
