Malden Records 17 Deed Transfers as Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Malden recorded 17 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only five deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $335,000 to $1,075,000 with a median of $475,000. The month's top recorded sale was 42 Jennifer Lane at $1,075,000. Most of the remaining transfers, nine in all, moved property from individual owners into family trusts, while two others went to LLC buyers, all without a stated price. With disclosed pricing covering less than a third of transactions, the data offers limited basis for judging overall market direction this period.
