Sign Design Review Committee · Meeting of February 12, 2026

MALDEN — Sign Design Review Committee unanimously approved eight sign applications at its February 12 meeting. Members Nelson Miller, Jadeane Sica, Ari Taylor, and Alex Pratt voted to advance applications from A Street Frames, Beacon Bank, the Toyary, Trinity Naturals, Dunkin, Opus Insurance, Socceroof & Padel (for a one-year temporary banner), and X-Step Fitness, each by 4-0. The Committee received compliance updates regarding unauthorized signage at three businesses, including an upscale accounting firm that installed window signs at 9:30 p.m. without permission; the business has since been advised and is correcting the violation.
