Sign Design Committee Approves Five Applications Unanimously

MALDEN — Sign Design Review Committee approved five sign applications unanimously on April 9. The committee voted to allow signage for Pro Car Sound & Security at 267 Broadway; V.I.P Auto Group at 189 Eastern Ave; Arrive Malden at 14 Summer St; Ronori Beauty at 70 Summer St; and FW Webb Company at 869 Eastern Ave, which included both pole and wall signs. Members Nelson Miller, Yem Lip, Ari Taylor, and Alex Pratt voted on all applications.

The committee also addressed compliance violations, citing businesses at 283 Salem St and 290 Ferry St for unauthorized signage and overseeing removal of signs elsewhere; Wing Stop's application at 44 Broadway could not be reviewed due to applicant absence.
