Police Community Advisory Committee · Meeting of June 17, 2026

Malden's Police Community Advisory Council developed research questions about bike path safety for the police department following resident complaints about the Northern Strand path. Council member Jayden Ddhir presented feedback including resident concerns about the Linden Square section and his personal experience with threatening teenagers. The council approved sending these questions to Lieutenant Powell ahead of its July meeting.

The council also approved delaying yearly elections to July and plans to develop member role and responsibility expectations; previous member Kevin S. has stepped down and will be replaced. Council member Kevin Graham suggested seeking a citation for retiring Chief Cronin from PCAC.
