The month's top sale was 229 Pearl St., which sold for $1.03 million on July 16. At least nine of the 16 transfers appear to be intra-family or trust transactions, including several where the buyer and seller share a surname, none of which had a price recorded. No single street recorded more than one transaction, and deed records do not include bed, bath or square-footage data, limiting further comparison.
