Vice Chair Paul Condon called the meeting with three members present; Councillors Karen Colón Hayes and Ari Taylor sponsored the motions. Petitions covered new livery companies Kuda's Premium Limo and AKLuxury Transport, drivers Kudakwashg Kachere and Aboubacar Koulibaly, 24-hour operation for Big Daddy Doggie Daycare, and parking at Melrose Storage (72 spaces) and Three C Realty Trust (22 spaces).
