MALDEN — Historical Commission approved exterior renovations at historic Woodland Road property. Voting unanimously, the commission designated 2 Woodland Road as both Significant and Preferably Preserved under Malden's Historic Preservation Ordinance, then approved owners Kevin Mulder and Alyssa Bowling's work on siding, trim and casing subject to conditions. The commission also took under advisement a mixed-use development at 15 Ferry Street and One Salem Street, requesting façade revisions to better preserve historic elements.
