MALDEN — The Community Preservation Committee voted 4-0 to submit its FY27 budget update, incorporating a 15.5 percent state match estimate. Chair Rachael Running, alongside members Inna Babitskaya, Jamie Kendall, and Brendan Brett, approved the submission. The committee also discussed a restoration application from Emmanuel Baptist Church, which commissioned a conditions assessment by GRLA.

Staff Administrator Daniel Koff said he would research whether CPA funds could reimburse the church for the $3,640 assessment cost. The committee reviewed its FY27 pre-application form and decided to retain the current guidelines.
