Malden River Works committee elected Nelson Miller as chair and approved $126,180 in design invoices. Eric Rubin was elected vice chair unanimously by the five members present. The committee approved two invoices from designLAB, each $63,090, for schematic design work through May 31 plus construction documents and bidding preparation.
Chair Miller requested that staff prepare a visual showing work completion percentages for the next meeting. The committee rescheduled its June meeting from July 2 to June 17 at 1 p.m. to review construction cost estimates.
