MALDEN — The Malden Board of Appeal unanimously approved two variance petitions on July 15. The board voted 5-0 to rescind a condition from a 2001 variance decision on property at 134-136 Wyoming Avenue, which had prevented title insurance and property sale for petitioner Franz Marenghi, represented by Attorney Chris Fallon. The board also voted 5-0 to approve a wall sign variance for F.W.

Webb Company at 869 Eastern Avenue, selecting Option C at 60.6 square feet from three redesigned options submitted after the petition was tabled in June.
